Tab to next window not recent window¶

CTRL+SHIFT+P to go to settings. Set CTRL+TAB for "Open Next Editor" and CTRL+SHIFT+TAB for "Open Previous Editor"

Delete existing keybinds for CTRL+TAB and CTRL+SHIFT+TAB.
